Condominium Renovation

Our clients decided to move from the home we designed for them in Evanston and asked us to create two new homes for them, a condominium in the landmarked Palmolive Building in Chicago and a second home in Carmel, California.  We began working on the condominium with the building’s architects to fine-tune the details. Our involvement continued with the design of the custom millwork and selection of all materials and finishes.  We also determined which of our clients’ existing furniture would go to the Palmolive or California while adding new pieces to create a seamless look in both homes.
